Junior Consent Forms
The safety and wellbeing of our Juniors in our care is paramount. The SafeGolf process is in place so that participants can thrive in a safe environment and have an enjoyable and positive experience when playing golf.
Prior to playing in a competition, county match or organised training by NLCGA all Juniors must complete the below document and return no later than the first day of activity:
Junior Player Profile and Parental Consent Form
If these documents have not been returned then they must be completed on the day before any activity commences.
They only need to be completed once January-December 2024, however, any changes to personal details need to be forwarded to the County Junior Organiser Sherrell Chuter.
