County Club Stableford

By
Friday, April 8, 2022

New for 2022, this inter-club competition builds on the highly successful Lockdown Stableford in 2020 which helped bring clubs together and give back to our members.

The County Club Stableford is free to enter and open to all clubs affiliated to Norfolk Ladies County Golf Association. Players must have a handicap index of 54.0 or less.

The competition consists of two rounds:

Round One – Club Qualifying Competition

This is played as part of any ladies 18-hole Stableford club competition. Players may only enter into the qualifying round at their designated home club.

The winner will receive a £15 John Lewis voucher and the runner-up £10.

Result Sheet needs to be summitted by 1 August to the competition organiser along with a picture of the winners.

Round Two – The Final

Winners from all the club qualifying rounds will be invited to play in the final - played on a neutral course.

The final event will include an 18-hole stableford competition, afternoon tea and cake, prizes and a trophy.

If the winner of the club’s qualifying round is unable to play, they may be substituted by the runner-up.

County President Carol Delf said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for women and girls of all ages and abilities to get involved in one of our County competitions. We hope as many clubs as possible will enter.”
